    DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS HERTZ OR ANY OTHER. Biggest rip off you could possibly imagine. I was initially quoted $303 online for the 7 days I was hiring the car. My final charge was $547 but I was charged insurance twice so my final charge with the additional cost was $699, taken straight out of my account. Over double what I was originally told it was going to cost. Customer service was ZERO. It took three hours of chasing my own tail to find a number to call, only to be told the office hours were from Monday to Friday. Charged OVER DOUBLE and no one will talk to me to explain how an earth this occurred. This particular franchise is rude, hard to contact and abrasive. I will NEVER be renting from Hertz again, let alone from the Katherine branch
