  We had our Mercedes Sprinter serviced here at H&R motors in Katherine while on holidays in August 2017.. and they did a great job ,we were very happy with our service and fitted us in early as this was our home and we were able to stay in the office whilst it was being done . Polite at all times . Happy also with the price charged . Thanks Max and Carol Schmidt.

  I highly recommended Brownies Autos at 5 murray st and Pfenning's automotive at 1140 murray st. They are really experience,friendly and the best mechanic in Katherine. They fix my car less then 3 hours and not cost me much. H & R motor cost me 900 bucks just for starter motor and they take a week to fix my car and the old women sit behind the desk just play around with. When i take my car back from h&r motors and towing to the mechanic at Murray st, they just said not the starter motor problem, that was a feul pump problem and to replace. Thats all. Please, i highly NOT RECOMMENDED h&r motors. There are not friendly and just want lot of money from u for a small problem.

  Paid h&r motors to do a vehicle inspection on a car, which they did do straight away, however i then asked the lady to send us a quote for the recommended repairs and she never got back to me. I called 2 days later and explained that it was quite urgent and asked if she could send it through that day, she proceeded to tell me that she didnt know what i was talking about about and that it must have been the other lady who was now away. I thought this was a bit odd as it sounded like exactly the same person, and when i checked the email with the inspection report the sender had the same name as her too (what a coincidence). She then started complaining to me that all her workers had been off sick and thats why it didnt get done. I said no worries but could they please do it that day? 2 days later and it still hasn't been done, & I will be finding another mechanic to do the quote for us.

  Where do i begin... so we turn up to collect our car as it was towed there they hadnt looked at it asked how long roughly and the man and women were dam right rude telling us to go to another place to get it fixed when we asked for the keys to our car they couldn't find them.. because they had left them in the ignition of our car with the window down for 2 nights!!! What a joke of a place this is. If you want to go anywhere go to brownies you wont find them on the internet but they are oopsite the turning for the hot spring they were amazing!!!
